Full job descriptionSEN Teacher – Flexible Supply Opportunities in SouthamptonTeaching Personnel are seeking qualified teachers to support specialist schools across Southampton on a flexible supply basis.
We work closely with specialist provisions supporting children and young people with complex learning needs, autism, SEMH needs and medical needs.
Whether you are looking for 1 day per week or full-time supply work, we can offer opportunities to suit your availability.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
*Support pupils with additional needs to achieve their potential
*Work collaboratively with support staff and school teams
*Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience working with SEN or vulnerable pupils desirable
*Strong behaviour management and adaptability
*Passion for inclusive education
Pay:
From £130 per day (6 hour working day)
