Research Analyst / Consultant
Old Street, London (4 days in office, Fridays WFH)
Up to £63,000


I’m hiring a Research Analyst to join a fast-growing Series A-B research and technology startup using AI to transform how organisations understand people and make decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional research agency work, combining quantitative research, consulting, and emerging AI-powered methodologies. You’ll work on high-impact projects across social, political, and commercial topics, partnering with leading foundations, think tanks, and mission-led organisations.


The role:
*Own end-to-end delivery of bespoke research projects
*Design and run quantitative research (survey design, sampling, analysis)
*Deliver insights through reports, presentations, and visualisations
*Work closely with analytics teams on advanced methods (segmentation, regression)
*Contribute to innovative AI-led research and qualitative outputs
What we’re looking for:
*4+ years’ experience in quantitative or mixed-methods research
*Background in social, political, or opinion research (preferred)
*Strong client and project management experience
*Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
*Interest in AI tools and modern research techniques
