What You’ll Do
*Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the main class teacher
*Step confidently into a range of subjects and school environments
*Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom
*Support students’ learning using provided plans or your own expertise
*Represent yourself and the agency with professionalism

What I’m Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recent experience working as an Unqualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor
*Strong behaviour management skills
*A proactive, adaptable approach to each school day
*Excellent communication and reliability
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
