Hours: Full-time (shift rotation)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary School Caretaker to join our site team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the smooth running of a school environment during a busy period.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
*6:00am - 2:00pm (2 weeks)
*11:00am - 7:00pm (2 weeks)
There may be some flexibility with hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
*Opening and securing school buildings and grounds
*Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
*Ensuring the school site is clean, safe, and well-presented
*Supporting health & safety checks and compliance
*Assisting with deliveries and setting up rooms for school activities/events
*Liaising with contractors where required
Requirements
*Previous caretaker, maintenance, or facilities experience is desirable
*A proactive, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong awareness of health and safety practices
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential
