Full job descriptionThe Merchandising Manager - Fashion will lead and implement strategies to optimise product performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, needs to be a strategic thinker more so than product focused. Immediate start, three month FTC.

Description
*Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve business targets.
*Oversee product selection, pricing, and inventory management to maximise sales and profitability.
*Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand representation.
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess product success.
*Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals within the retail department.
*Ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and brand identity.
Profile
A successful Merchandising Manager - Fashion should have:
*Proven experience in merchandising within the fashion industry.
*Experience working at Head of level for at least a few years
*A strong background in retail and FMCG operations.
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
*Leadership qualities to manage and inspire a team.
*A deep understanding of premium fashion trends and consumer behaviour.
*Strategic thinker, likes to plan long term and think bigger picture
*Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £70,000 to £72,000 per annum.
*Hybrid working arrangements in Central London.
*Three month FTC, immediate start
*High pension contribution
*Additional AL days
