Daily Duties
*Leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages
*Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
*Coordinating with consultants, clients, and wider project teams
*Producing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project information
*Presenting design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally
*Assisting in the successful delivery of projects to a high technical and design standard
Ideal Candidate
*Substantial years’ post-qualification experience
*Strong experience working across all RIBA stages
*Proven track record delivering residential and healthcare projects
*Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and detailing
*Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrable project experience
*Confident communication and organisational skills
*Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a studio environment
*Ambitious with a proactive attitude towards career progression
*Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool
