Remote UK | Salary up to £90,000

The Role
You will:
*Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance to identify trends and opportunities.
*Partner closely with Product, Growth, Commercial, and Trading teams to support strategic decision-making.
*Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
*Build dashboards, reports, and decision-support analysis to guide stakeholders.
*Support experimentation, performance measurement, and insight-led initiatives.
*Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Contribute to the ongoing development of analytical best practice across the business.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience using SQL to analyse complex datasets.
*Proven ability to structure analysis independently and deliver clear recommendations.
*Solid understanding of customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle analysis.
*Confidence working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*A curious, collaborative, and outcome-focused mindset.
