Senior Analyst (Customer / Growth Analytics)
UK (Fully Remote)
Up to £90,000 + strong benefits


We are working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing betting & gaming platforms, on a key hire within their Analytics team. Backed by a recent $30m Series C, they’re scaling quickly and building a modern, product-led experience for a new generation of users.
This is a high-impact Senior Analyst role operating as a true Analytics Business Partner, working across Product, CRM, Growth, and Commercial teams to shape decision-making and drive performance.
The role:
*Partner with stakeholders across Product, CRM, Growth & Commercial
*Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, LTV, and lifecycle performance
*Translate ambiguous problems into structured analysis and insight
*Support CRM and customer engagement strategy
*Deliver dashboards, reporting, and commercial analysis
*Drive experimentation and performance measurement
What we’re looking for:
*Strong SQL skills (essential)
*Experience in customer, product, or growth analytics
*Strong understanding of behavioural analysis, segmentation, and retention
*Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and challenge
*Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
*Python, experimentation, or modern data stack exposure a bonus
