An established strategy consulting firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, and operational improvement. The firm works with clients across multiple sectors, helping them use data and insight to make better commercial and strategic decisions.
The Role and Responsibilities
You will join the Data & Analytics team, supporting client-facing consulting projects through data analysis, reporting, visualisation, and insight generation.
Responsibilities include:
*Working on ad hoc analytics projects for clients
*Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations
*Using data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
*Translating complex analysis into clear, commercial insight
*Presenting findings to consultants, clients, and senior stakeholders
*Supporting projects across areas such as retail location strategy, education demand planning, and investment decisions
*Helping clients understand what their data means and why it matters
Skills and Experience
*2-6 years’ experience in analytics, data, consulting, or insight roles
*Strong skills in Python and/or SQL
*Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
*Strong communication and storytelling skills
*Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
*STEM degree from a leading university preferred
*Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential
