We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced B2B business on an initial 6–9 month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning marketing operations, managing launches and driving commercial performance in a busy environment.
You’ll work closely with leadership, agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing activity runs smoothly, campaigns are delivered effectively and performance is clearly measured.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and campaign delivery
*Manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable for performance
*Coordinate launches, timelines and communications across teams
*Own reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement
*Manage marketing budgets and track spend effectively
*Support customer and brand experience across communications and channels
*Provide stability and direction to the wider marketing team
Requirements:
*Proven B2B experience managing marketing operations in a fast-paced business
*Strong commercial awareness and performance mindset
*Experience managing agencies and external partners
*Confident analysing data and turning insights into actions
*Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
*Comfortable working autonomously and adapting in a changing environment
Contract Details:
*ASAP start
*6–9 month contract
*5 days per week
*Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Manchester office
