Description
*Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area
*Proven application of current Employment Law practices
*Demonstrable experience on supporting with complex ER issues
*Demonstrated the ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
*An understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment
*Experience of delivering training and people related projects
*Competent working knowledge of all system based tools, including Microsoft Office
Profile
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
*Immediately available and can commit to a 3 month FTC
*Proven experience in a similar HRBP or strategic HR role.
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
*Proficiency in analysing HR data and implementing actionable insights.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
*Salary up to £50k + car allowance
*3 month FTC
