Marketing Analyst (CRM & Customer Analytics)
Swindon (Hybrid - up to 3 days in office)
£45,000-£50,000
We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst to join a growing team, focusing on CRM, customer analytics, and campaign performance.
This is a highly commercial role where you’ll work closely with CRM and Product teams, using data to understand customer behaviour, optimise campaigns, and drive better outcomes.
The role:
*Analyse CRM and customer data to support segmentation and targeting
*Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights
*Identify trends across marketing channels and customer behaviour
*Support A/B testing and experimentation (approx. 30% of role)
*Collaborate with stakeholders to influence marketing and product decisions
What we’re looking for:
*2-3 year’s experience in marketing, CRM, or customer analytics
*Strong SQL skills (essential)
*Experience with segmentation, CLV, churn, or campaign analysis
*Exposure to A/B testing / experimentation
*Strong communication skills-able to turn data into clear insights
*Python or R is a bonus
*Retail or consumer-facing background is advantageous
