Location: Commutable to Northampton
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + Quarterly & yearly bonus

The role of the Sales Estimator – Architectural Stonework will involve:
*Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
*Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
*Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
*Manage the process from enquiry through to completion
*Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region
*Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
*Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
*Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator – Architectural Stonework – Architectural Stonework with:
*Must have experience within the building products sector, ideal to have a technical understanding of: stone, façade, lintels or a closely related product/system
*Must have experience as one or more of the following: Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related
*Highly advantageous to have AutoCAD experience
*Strong relationship builder
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*IT literate (Microsoft Office)
