£24,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on education and experience)
A fast-growing Cambridge-based tech company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their accounting career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment.
The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day finance operations with a focus on:
*Processing invoices and managing accounts payable
*Handling employee expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
*Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
*Maintaining accurate financial records
About You
*Good standard of education (ideally degree educated but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
*Some experience in accounts or finance (placement or entry-level role)
*Comfortable using Excel and finance systems
*A proactive, team-oriented approach
*Studying AAT or looking to start a finance qualification (desirable)
