Role Overview
This is a highly trusted role suited to a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and maintains the highest standards of professionalism. The successful candidate will act as a gatekeeper, coordinator, and key support partner, ensuring the smooth running of both business and personal priorities for the Founder and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide dedicated, end-to-end executive support to the Founder and CEO
*Manage two complex, high-volume diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritisation, and alignment across business and personal commitments
*Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones where required
*Oversee inbox management, drafting responses, prioritising communications, and ensuring timely follow-up
*Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including accommodation, itineraries, and detailed logistics
*Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation using advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Attend key meetings where required, take accurate minutes, and track actions to completion
*Act as a professional point of contact for external stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and board-level contacts
*Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity at all times
*Support with HR administration and people-related tasks when needed
*Assist with office management duties, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and professional working environment
*Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance efficiency
*Support with personal tasks for the Founder and CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
*Provide flexible, ad hoc support in line with business needs
Key Skills & Experience
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives within a corporate or luxury environment
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, demanding diaries simultaneously with precision
*Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
*Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional approach
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
*Ability to work at pace within a dynamic, high-growth business
*Discreet and trustworthy, with experience handling confidential information
*Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible relationships at senior levels
