The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of customers, becoming their trusted point of contact and helping them maximise value from the products and services offered.
This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same – combining relationship management, sales, and business development.
You’ll be:
*Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
*Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
*Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales
*Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects
*Following up on quotes and progressing opportunities
*Supporting field-based sales teams by booking meetings
*Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
*Delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience
