Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
*Basic salary circa £25,000
*Realistic OTE of £32,000 (Uncapped)
*Fully office-based
*5-day working week

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
*Progressing property sales through to completion
*Negotiating and successfully closing offers
*Delivering outstanding vendor care throughout the sales process
*Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
*Strong understanding of the property sales process
*Recent estate agency experience is essential
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Motivated and professional approach
