We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join an active construction site in SO16. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work with a competitive hourly rate.
Your new role
*Location: SO16
*Start Date: Immediate
*Duration: Ongoing
*Rate: £23 per hour
*Pay Type: Umbrella (no CIS)
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
*Basic carpentry (adjustments, small installations, repairs)
*Minor maintenance and repair tasks across site
*Supporting site trades when required
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site regulations
Requirements:
*Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
*Previous experience in a similar on-site role
*Good all-round practical skills
*Own tools preferred
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
