Full job descriptionThe RoleOur client is a highly successful global iGaming brand, looking to hire a Paid Social Senior Executive to join their Paid Social team in London.
This role will support the continued growth of their online casino and bingo brands across international markets. You will focus on the delivery and optimisation of full-funnel paid social campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.
The position is performance-driven and requires a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on using data to inform decisions, improve results and support commercial growth.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate campaign performance into clear insights, contributing to strategic discussions and continuous improvement across campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded marketer who is looking to build on their Paid Social experience and develop towards a more senior role within a fast-paced, growth-focused iGaming environment.
Key Responsibilities*Manage paid social accounts across multiple international markets, covering campaign reporting, optimisation and delivery.
*Support the delivery of brand, retention and acquisition campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.
*Lead on the creation of advertising assets, budget allocation and audience targeting.
*Coordinate with internal teams, including Marcomms and Design, to develop campaigns and produce creative assets.
*Maintain and update performance data using Excel as part of daily and monthly reporting.
*Measure campaign performance against CPA and CLV targets.
*Analyse lower-funnel customer acquisition campaigns and upper-funnel activity, including campaigns measured against softer engagement and brand metrics.
*Work closely with the data team to ensure tracking is set up correctly, including tracking links, landing pages and campaign measurement.
*Ensure all published ads, landing pages and tracking links are fully functional before launch.
*Contribute to wider marketing discussions, ensuring campaign performance, learnings and insights are clearly communicated.
*Use data and campaign insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement across paid social activity.
*Identify high-performing creatives, audiences and campaign structures to help improve results across markets.
What We Are Looking For*A motivated Paid Social professional looking to build on their existing skillset and develop towards a more senior role.
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a paid media role, ideally with a strong focus on Paid Social.
*Strong understanding of how performance campaigns support broader brand marketing objectives.
*Hands-on experience with Meta is essential.
*Experience with Snapchat and/or TikTok is highly desirable.
*Strong understanding of user journeys, landing page optimisation and how creative performance impacts campaign results.
*Ability to identify high-performing creatives and campaigns using key performance metrics.
*Experience planning, building and executing paid social campaigns, with guidance where required.
*Familiarity with digital tracking, attribution and reporting tools.
*Experience within the iGaming industry is preferred.
*Strong understanding of iGaming products, including online casino and/or sports betting.
*Awareness of target audiences, regulatory considerations and promotional compliance requirements within iGaming.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
*Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations.
*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
*Proactive and confident, with the willingness to take initiative and test new ideas.
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
