We are partnering with a highly respected Property Management organisation to recruit an experienced Client Finance Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative finance team, playing a vital role in the preparation, reconciliation, and delivery of service charge accounts across a diverse property portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring financial information is accurate, compliant, and delivered to the highest standard.
Location: Head Office (Hybrid - 1 day working from home)
Package: Competitive salary dependent on experience, pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and additional benefits.
Sector: Property / Block Management
Key Responsibilities*Preparing and completing service charge accounts in line with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
*Managing monthly accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
*Working alongside property managers and developers to ensure accurate financial reporting
*Producing detailed account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
*Liaising with auditors, clients, and internal teams throughout the account finalisation process
*Reviewing and analysing financial variances and historical account data
*Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
*Supporting the smooth transition of accounts from previous managing agents where required
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within service charge accounting
*Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, including RICS and ARMA guidance
*Ability to prepare and review financial statements accurately and within deadlines
*Experience managing accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial reporting
*Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
*Experience working with client money and service charge funds
