The Role - Education and Training
In this role, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
*Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
*Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement
*Inspire a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential
*Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for someone who:
*Holds a QTS
*Has recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
*Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
*Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
*Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
*Can commute to Dunstable
*Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
