London (Hybrid)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where you can take full ownership of data strategy, transformation, and AI enablement across the business.THE ROLE:You will take ownership of the end-to-end data strategy, transforming a fragmented and reactive data landscape into a unified, scalable, and AI-enabled function.Key responsibilities include:*Defining and delivering the company-wide BI and data strategy
*Owning and evolving the data platform, including architecture, pipelines, and tooling
*Establishing a "single source of truth" through improved data quality, governance, and modelling
*Designing and implementing a semantic/AI layer to enable natural language data access
*Driving self-serve analytics
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:You will bring strong capability in:*Data strategy, platform ownership, and modern data architecture
*Data modelling, ETL pipelines, and working with data lakes and cloud environments (AWS ideal)
*Stakeholder management and influencing at senior leadership level
*Driving adoption of data and AI tools across technical and non-technical teams
