Humanities Teacher - ASAP StartLocation: M25 area, Greater Manchester
Pay Rate: £168-£232 per day
Contract: Temporary / Long-term
Start Date: ASAP
OverviewWe are seeking a confident and engaging Humanities Teacher to join a secondary school in the M25 postcode on a long-term temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across the Humanities curriculum and quickly become part of a supportive department.
Key Responsibilities*Teaching Humanities subjects (e.g. History, Geography, RE) across KS3 and KS4
*Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
*Assessing student progress and adapting teaching to meet varied needs
*Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
*Working collaboratively with departmental staff and wider school teams
What We’re Looking For*QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Experience teaching Humanities in a UK secondary school
*Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom presence
*Ability to commit to a long-term role starting ASAP
*ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
