Service Designer (Contract) London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
£500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)
3-6 months
We’re supporting a leading financial services organisation looking for a hands-on Service Designer to join a key transformation programme.
The Role*Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys
*Create service blueprints and journey maps
*Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product, tech and CX teams
*Translate insight into practical, scalable design outcomes
Requirements*Strong Service Design experience in complex environments
*Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting and facilitation
*Background in financial services or other regulated industries
*Confident working with senior stakeholders
