Coba Education is currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work on a day-to-day and long-term basis across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, supply teaching offers a fantastic opportunity to build your experience, regain flexibility, and work in a variety of school environments.
The Role
As a supply teacher, you will:
*Deliver pre-set lessons or adapt plans as needed
*Create a positive and engaging learning environment
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Support students’ learning and development
*Provide feedback to the school where required
What We’re Looking For*QTS or ECT status OR
*A minimum of 3 months UK teaching experience
*Strong classroom management skills
*A proactive and flexible approach
*A genuine passion for teaching and supporting students
