Are you graduating in 2026 and considering a career in education?
Whether you’re studying English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Psychology, or another subject, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
We’re working with a range of secondary schools looking for ambitious graduates to join them from September 2026. These roles are designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and want to build a long-term career in education.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Gain hands-on classroom experience
• Support students both academically and pastorally
• Work alongside experienced teachers and school leaders
• Develop the skills and confidence needed for teacher training
• Explore different pathways into teaching
We’re looking for graduates who:
• Are due to graduate in 2026 or have recently graduated
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn
• Have a genuine interest in working with young people
