Full job descriptionGraduate Teaching Assistant A high-achieving secondary school in Ealing is seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive SEN provision from September.
This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is based in a forward-thinking secondary school in Ealing that has a strong reputation for academic progress and pastoral care. The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will work within a dedicated SEN team supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions for identified learners
Support classroom teachers in adapting learning materials and lesson content
Work closely with the SENCO to implement EHCP targets
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement across lessons
Assist in monitoring academic and social progress
RequirementsDegree qualification (any subject considered)
Strong interest in education, psychology, or child development
Ability to build positive relationships with young people
Resilient, proactive, and reliable approach
