Job Description:
Full job descriptionExecutive Assistant is required for an investment bank in Central London in beautiful offices.
You will be supporting two MD’s and a small team of Analysts and Associates. Key responsibilities will include international travel arrangements across different time zones as well as diary and expenses management.
You will be used to working at a fast-pace in an international environment with constant changing travel and diary management duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least several years EA experience at Director level within banking and enjoying working as part of a professional services team.
You will work as part of a Team of 15 EA’s who support each other and who take part in various social events.
The company offers hybrid working with great benefits and working hours are 9-5.30pm, Monday-Friday.
