Experienced in residential property sales and looking to take the next step in your estate agency career?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and ambitious estate agency team. Whether you’re an experienced Sales Negotiator or an established Valuer looking for your next challenge, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing business where your achievements will be recognised, rewarded, and supported.
This role would suit a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and exceeding targets within a fast-paced sales environment.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Conduct property viewings and match buyers with suitable properties
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
*Negotiate offers and manage sales through to successful completion
*Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions
*Generate new business opportunities through valuations, referrals, and networking
*Work towards and exceed individual and branch sales targets
*Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months’ experience within residential property sales
*Proven ability to achieve targets and successfully close deals
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong knowledge of the local property market
*Experience winning instructions (desirable but not essential)
*Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded approach
*Full UK driving licence
