Experienced in residential property sales and looking to take the next step in your estate agency career?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency based near Swaffham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic property professional to join a busy, target-driven branch with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to overall branch success.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing a professional and informative service
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
*Progress sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion
*Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
*Generate new business opportunities, referrals, and valuations
*Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor
*Proven ability to manage residential property sales through to completion
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident, ambitious, and target-driven approach
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Professional and customer-focused attitude
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
