This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build toward a Broker position, gaining exposure to complex, international energy risks within a high-performing team.
The RoleYou’ll support experienced Brokers in the placement and servicing of Energy business, while developing the technical skills and market knowledge required to step into a broking role.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the day-to-day servicing of an Energy portfolio
*Assisting with renewals, new business and market submissions
*Preparing slips, presentations and client documentation
*Liaising with underwriters and internal stakeholders
*Maintaining accurate records and systems in line with company processes
*Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
What They’re Looking For*1–3 years’ experience within an Account Handling / Broking support role
*London Market exposure (Energy experience beneficial but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communication skills
*A genuine desire to move into Broking
*Progress towards CII qualifications is advantageous
