Description
*Advising on competition litigation matters in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal
*Working closely with partners on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes
*Drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and supporting trial preparation
*Engaging with clients directly and taking increasing responsibility on matters
Profile
*England & Wales qualified solicitor
*Strong litigation background from a recognised disputes practice
*Prior competition litigation experience is advantageous, but not essential
*Candidates without competition experience should demonstrate a clear interest in the area and strong core disputes training
*Solid academics and experience working in a high-performing team environment
