This role would suit a skilled Centreless Grinder with experience setting and operating manual grinding machinery who is confident working from engineering drawings and manufacturing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances.


The Role
*Set and operate Centreless Grinding machinery
*Work with Wickman Scrivener, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschadun grinders
*Support second-operation machinery including deburring, marking and inspection processes
*Carry out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
*Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
*Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications


The Person
*Centreless Grinder / Grinder Setter / Grinder Operator background
*Aerospace or precision engineering manufacturing experience
*Experience setting and operating manual Centreless Grinding machinery
