We are an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment group looking to grow following recent success.
The role:
*Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone, email, or other
*Creating job adverts to post on various platforms, shortlisting potential candidates for live roles and keeping our CRM system up to date
*Manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships
*Arranging interviews on behalf of the candidate and client
*Meeting candidates and clients face to face
The Ideal Candidate:
*Recent experience in recruitment or sales
*Strong knowledge of accountancy or law
*Be eager to learn and progress
