Duration: 8 Weeks
Pay Rate: £260 per day
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works within a tenanted unit, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and high-quality standards throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing day-to-day site operations within a live, tenanted environment
*Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress to programme
*Reading and interpreting drawings confidently
*Overseeing suspended ceiling works, general builders’ works, and installation of new doors
*Carrying out minor works where required
*Maintaining site safety, compliance, and clear communication with stakeholders
Required Tickets & Certifications
*SMSTS
*Asbestos Awareness
*CSCS Black Card
*First Aid
Candidate Profile
*Strong communicator with experience working in occupied/tenanted spaces
*Confident reading and working from drawings
*Hands-on approach with willingness to undertake minor tasks when needed
*Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high safety standards
