Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for an accounts clerk to join a growing team with freight forwarding
Monday to Friday pm
As an Accounts Assistant Daily duties will include:
*Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptions
*Reconcile supplier statements and monitor credit terms
*Produce payment runs and accurately allocate payments
*Liaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queries
*Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core values
About You
*2+ years’ experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience)
*Confident with Microsoft Office; BOXTOP AND SAGE experience an advantage
*Full UK driver’s licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow advantage
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
*Organised, proactive, and able to meet multiple deadlines
