Job Description
*Ensure safe operation and maintenance of processes, escalating safety issues as needed.
*Conduct and follow dynamic risk assessments for non-standard tasks.
*Maintain adherence to quality standards and support quality improvement projects.
*Operate manufacturing processes to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.
*Motivate apprentices and identify solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Qualified in Electrical 18th or 17th Edition
*Proven experience of working in a maintenance and facilities management role
*Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulics
*Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
