Do you have the patience, enthusiasm, and compassion to help young people achieve more than they ever thought possible?
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and celebrate success every day.
What You’ll Do*Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
*Help pupils engage positively in lessons and school life
*Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
*Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
*Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
*Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support plans

*Passionate about supporting young people
*A positive role model with excellent communication skills
*Able to remain calm and flexible in a busy school environment
*Committed to inclusion and helping every pupil succeed
Ideal Experience*Working with children or young people
*Experience supporting SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or communication needs
*Understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice
