This Is Not Just Another Valuer RoleAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor to join a long-established and highly respected national surveying practice in a genuine partner-level capacity.


This is not a traditional employed corporate surveying role focused purely on volume and KPIs.

The successful individual will effectively take ownership of the Swindon and surrounding Wiltshire region, supported by an established network of experienced neighbouring practices and an extensive existing lender panel.

The Role
The successful candidate will undertake a varied workload including:
*Residential mortgage valuations
*Red Book valuations
*HMO and specialist buy-to-let valuations
*Level 2 & Level 3 surveys
*Private client valuation work
*Relationship development with local agents, brokers, solicitors and professional contacts
The role is home-based with significant flexibility and autonomy.


Candidate Requirements
Applicants should ideally possess:
*MRICS or FRICS qualification
*RICS Registered Valuer status
*Strong residential valuation experience
*Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
*The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
*Strong technical reporting standards
