Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients’ Housing Management team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
*Ensure effective collection of rents including management of Housing Benefits
*Complete regular risk assessments
*Ensure properties are fit for purpose
*Schedule repairs and update tenants
*Monitor Health and Safety
*Reduce current and former tenant arrears
Essential Requirements of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
