We are supporting a well-established and rapidly growing consultancy operating across Building Safety, Compliance, and Building Control within the UK built environment.
This organisation partners with developers, contractors, architects and building owners to navigate complex regulations, helping to deliver safer, more sustainable buildings. Following a recent brand integration, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking to strengthen its team.

The Role
As a Technical Administrator, you will provide essential support to consultants and project teams, helping ensure efficient delivery across a range of building safety projects.
Key Responsibilities*Preparing and issuing quotations
*Setting up and closing projects within internal systems
*Maintaining accurate project records and trackers
*Managing and filing project documentation and design packs
*Supporting submissions to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR)
*Assisting with supplier onboarding and PQQ documentation
*Supporting the invoicing process
*Managing incoming queries via inbox and telephone
*Taking and producing meeting minutes
*Providing general administrative support across the team
The Person
About You
Essential*Previous experience in an administrative or project support role within construction or similar industry
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Professional, approachable and proactive attitude
Desirable
*Experience within construction, consultancy, architecture, or engineering
*Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
