Are you an ambitious and experienced property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients successful and growing estate agency team in Downend, Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in estate agency sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.
The RoleAs a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
*Generating and progressing property sales
*Conducting property viewings and valuations
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
*Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven with a proactive attitude
*Excellent customer service skills
*Well-presented and professional
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
*Local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas is advantageous
