About the Role:As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of their business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. You’ll be responsible for:
*Conducting property viewings and negotiations
*Matching tenants to suitable properties
*Supporting landlords in securing quality tenants quickly
*Building long-lasting client relationships
*Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records
*Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive and target-driven attitude
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
