Key Responsibilities*Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
*Encourage students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for Mathematics
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Strong knowledge of the secondary Maths curriculum
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
*The ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities
