Are you an experienced Valuer or Lister looking for a more flexible, high-reward opportunity?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join one of the most forward-thinking and successful estate agencies in the region. The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Build and develop the agency’s profile across your designated local area
*Conduct market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions
*Make strategic decisions around marketing and canvassing to grow brand presence
*Build strong relationships within the local community to generate referrals and repeat business
*Manage your own listings from valuation through to completion
*Work closely with Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressors, and back-office teams to ensure smooth sales progression
*Take ownership of your diary and workload, operating with autonomy and flexibility
Sales Valuer Requirements:
*2–3+ years’ estate agency experience (Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator level)
*Proven track record of winning instructions
*Strong knowledge of the local property market
*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
*Full UK driving licence
