An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a successful estate agency as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in property sales and progress within a high-performing team.
This role is ideal for a confident and driven individual who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of residential sales.
Role Overview
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be trained in all aspects of residential sales, including registering applicants, arranging viewings, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Support senior negotiators with sales progression
• Build relationships with buyers and vendors
• Learn how to negotiate offers
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work towards personal and team targets
Requirements
• No previous estate agency experience required
• Previous experience in estate agency or sales is advantageous but not essential
• Ambitious
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn
• Target-driven and motivated
• Full UK driving licence required
