An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a successful and growing estate agency in Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to generate and convert valuations into instructions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, negotiating offers, and supporting vendors throughout their property journey. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and driven by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiate offers and support sales progression
• Advise clients on pricing strategy and market conditions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and property information
• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets
Requirements• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially aware
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
