£47,000 – £52,000 Overtime @ 1.5x (OTE £60,000)
4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights Rotation)

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Fault Finding
*Carry out electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and repairs across automated systems
*Maintain conveyors, automated storage systems, motors, sensors, control panels and packaging equipment
*Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
Projects & Continuous Improvement
*Support equipment installations and commissioning
*Assist with machinery upgrades and site expansion projects
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
Safety & Compliance
*Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
*Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation
Team Support
*Work closely with production teams and engineering colleagues
*Provide technical support during breakdowns and operational challenges

About You
*Minimum 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or automated environment
*Multi-skilled engineer, ideally with strong electrical bias
*Experience with 3-phase systems, PLC-controlled equipment and automation preferred
*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
*Able to work safely at height when required
