This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
Role Overview
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the rental process. The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and driven by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and landlord instructions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Progress lets from offer agreed through to move-in
• Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
• Work towards individual and branch targets
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated to succeed
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Full UK driving licence required
