Keeler Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and innovative business in the search for a Financial Accountant to join their established finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant looking for their first move to Industry, and further develop their career within a supportive environment that offers genuine progression and professional development.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider finance team, you will gain exposure across a broad range of financial accounting responsibilities, including:
*Supporting month-end reporting and management accounts preparation
*Completing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
*Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger activities
*Performing daily bank reconciliations and investigating variances
*Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and cash allocation
*Assessing customer creditworthiness and managing credit risk
*Supporting VAT, HMRC, and other compliance reporting requirements
*Assisting with year-end audit preparation and documentation
*Contributing to process improvements and continuous development initiatives
About You
*ACA or ACCA part-qualified or qualified
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
*Experience supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
*Confident Excel user with strong analytical skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
*Positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills
